A new 14,000 sf Walgreens located at the entrance to Providence at Providence West in Mt. Juliet, TN. Browning Development Solutions acted as a developer on the project and provided assistance in entitlements, permitting, and construction. The project was completed in July 2006. -

A 4,200 SF building on a ground lease on Old Hickory Blvd in Hermitage, TN. Part of a 4 Acre development with re-zoning and easements. Company participated in entitlements and substantial site work including public utilities extensions and road improvements. -

Buffalo Wild Wings - Wilma Rudolph Blvd.
Browning Development Solutions completed the construction of a new Buffalo Wild Wings near the intersection of Wilma Rudolph and South Hampton in Clarksville, TN. The new restaurant opened in January 2011. -

Hampton Inn & Suites
A Four story 108 unit Hampton Inn & Suites located in Providence West. Browning Development Solutions participated in development of 37 Acre project and successfully secured and negotiated 2 Acre purchase contract with Hilton Hotels Corporation and coordinated the project. Project was completed winter of 2007. -

First Tennessee Bank
A 3,800 sf new building on a ground lease located on Murfreesboro Pike in Nashville,TN. 1.4 Acres with substantial site work including a 28 foot retaining wall. Successfully negotiated zoning and easements to an adjacent parcel with traffic signalization access. Completed in 2005. -

Browning Development Solutions secured a long-term ground lease for the owners of Providence West in Mt. Juliet, TN. Restaurant opened in mid-2006.
